2022 Cache Valley 06U (Pay In Full)

** Each new player must submit a copy of their birth certificate to registrar@cachehockey.com so USA Hockey can verify it. **

**Payment Options**

For the 2022 - 2023 season, CVAHA has two (2) payment options available for the 6U age division:

1) Pay in Full

2) Payment Plan (spread over 5 months)

**Multi Player Discount**

Each player will need to be registered separately under their age division.  In order to get the Mutli Player 10% discount, you will need to enter the Discount Code for each player on the Payment Summary page when registering Code: MULTIPLAYER. You can get this code by contacting our Registrar Dena Sessions at Registrar@cachehockey.com
