2022 Cache Valley 14U (Pay In Full)

** Each player must submit a copy of their birth certificate to registrar@cachehockey.com so USA Hockey can verify it. **

**Payment Options**

For the 2022/2023 season, CVAHA has three (3) payment options available for each division this year:

1) Pay in Full Online

2) Monthly Online Payments (5 Monthly Payments)  

3) Triple Payment Plan (3 Monthly Payments) 

**Multi Player Discount**

Each player will need to be registered separately under their age division.  In order to get the multiple player  10% discount,  you will need to enter the Discount Code "MULTIPLAYER" for each player separately on the Payment Summary page when registering.
