2023 Cache Valley 08U (Payment Plan)

** Each player must submit a copy of their birth certificate to registrar@cachehockey.com so USA Hockey can verify it. **

**Payment Options**

For the 2023/2024 season, CVAHA has two (2) payment options available for each division this year:

1) Pay in Full Online

2) Monthly Online Payments (5 Monthly Payments)  

**Multi Player Discount**  Use Promo Code: (MULTIPLAYER)

This Discount is for families that have 2 or more players this season. Each player will need to be registered separately under their age division.  In order to get the Multi Player 10% discount, you will need to enter the Discount Code for each player on the Payment Summary page when registering Code: MULTIPLAYER. You can get this code by contacting our Registrar Ingrid Sorensen at Registrar@cachehockey.com
