Join us for an action-packed hockey practice session where you’ll sharpen your skills, make new friends, and have a blast on the ice! Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting out, our coaches are here to guide you every step of the way.

Details:

• Date: Every Wednesday night from May 1 - July 10th
• Time: 
  • 8U: 4:30 - 5:15pm
  • 10U: 5:15 - 6:15pm
  • 12U: 6:30-7:30pm
  • 14U: 7:30-8:30pm
• Location: Cache Valley Ice Arena
• Ages: Open to all young athletes aged 6-14
• Cost: $125 for 11, Skill Sessions
• Equipment Needed: Dress in Full Gear

What to Expect: (Providing Ice time for each age group in the offseason to work on their Hockey development)

1. Warm-Up Drills: Get those muscles moving and ready for action.
2. Stick Handling: Improve your puck control and agility.
3. Shooting Practice: Aim for the top corner like a pro!
4. Mini Scrimmage: Show off your teamwork and scoring skills.
5. Cool-Down Stretch: Relax and prevent those post-practice sore muscles.
